Richard W. Clark, has been practicing law since 1972.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1965, and graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1972.

Attorney Clark served as an Army Airborne Ranger in Vietnam. While in country, as a rifle platoon leader, he was awarded 2 Purple Hearts and 2 Bronze Stars for valor. His military service provides him with unique insights concerning divorce for military personnel and veterans. He has represented Iraq veterans with complex medical and financial issues and is asked to represent military members from across the country

Mr. Clark has also served in numerous civic capacities throughout Maricopa County.  His involvement has included membership on the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, Fiesta Bowl, and Scottsdale School Board serving as President for two terms.  Mr. Clark was also named Outstanding Young Man by the Arizona Jaycees in the early 1980's.

Additionally, Mr. Clark has taught many legal courses including family law to paralegals and undergraduates at the university level during the past 15 years.
